What happens after I confirm my booking?
After both host and guest confirm the reservation, a deposit is required to hold the reservation. After we receive the deposit, we will send you a deposit confirmation email confirming the reservation.
Your booking is not finalized until a deposit is received and information on the full name and birthdate of the people in your party , email, telephone number and address are received.
Please also present a valid passport or ID upon arrival, or preferably, send us a picture of your ID before arrival.
How do I pay the deposit?
Bank transfer. You will receive our bank IBAN information in the proposal we send you.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
Please pay in cash when you arrive.
You can also transfer the remaining sum to us just as you did for the deposit. You will always receive a written notification when we receive a payment from you.
What if I have to cancel my booking?
If you cancel anytime up to 3 weeks before your arrival date (21 days), you will receive your payment back in full. If you cancel less than 21 days oof your arrival the deposit will not be returned.
