House
The house is located on close to the road to Schwarzenberg and within easy walking distance to the village. Surrounded by gardens, there’s grill and sun chairs in the back. Behind the house you’ll find meadows with grazing horses and cows. Haus Kammern has free parking and WiFi, safe bike and skis storage and a ski boot dryer for 8 pairs. Bregenzerwald card is included with summer stays of 3 nights or longer.
Surroundings
Egg is the largest village in the Bregenz Forest and less than a 10 minute walk from Haus Kammern. It offers a variety of stores, bakeries and restaurants. The town pool offers a café and large slide for kids. In minutes you can be at the bus stop and leave your car at home. The apartments are close to bike routes, hiking paths and river swimming spots. But maybe you might want to just take the chair lift up and enjoy the day from above.
Region
Stay in the center of the Bregenz Forest yet still be so close to exciting must-sees of the region. Visit Lake Constance and Bregenz with its famous opera on the lake, take a boat to Germany, experience Lindau and surroundings, take a refreshing swim in the lake or taste Bodensee wine. See St Gallen, Switzerland and its Abbey. The borders are just 30 minutes away. In winter, Kammern is very close to major ski resorts, snow shoeing or cross country trails.
